據中國貿易救濟信息網消息，2025年5月28日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）發布公告稱，對特定蜂窩基站通信設備及其組件和下游產品（Certain Cellular Base Station Communication Equipment, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same，調查編碼：337-TA-1397）作出337部分終裁：對本案行政法官于2025年5月9日作出的初裁（No.24）不予復審，即基于和解，終止本案調查。

2024年4月10日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定蜂窩基站通信設備及其組件和下游產品（Certain Cellular Base Station Communication Equipment, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1397）。

2024年3月11日，美國Motorola Mobility LLC of Chicago, Illinois向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品違反了美國337條款（侵權美國注冊專利號11,076,304、11,711,706），請求美國ITC發布有限排除令、禁止令。

瑞典Ericsson AB、瑞典Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson、美國Ericsson Inc.為列名被告。
